Last night, Indigo Technologies was delighted to take home the award for Commitment to People Development at the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Awards.
Held at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, and attended by more than 800 guests, the prestigious industry awards recognises companies from around the North-East for exceptional accomplishments across a range of fields from energy to innovation and customer service to people development.
Leading North East technology specialists, Indigo Technologies were pleased to have been shortlisted for the award. Having previously won Employer of the Year at the 2014 Grampian Awards for Business Excellence, and successfully reached finalist stage for last year’s Commitment to People Award at The 2014 Northern Star Awards, the whole team at Indigo were delighted to take home the coveted title this year.
The specialist company, who this year celebrated their tenth anniversary, strive to maintain and continuously develop a positive working environment for its expert team by promoting continual personal development, resulting in high levels of job satisfaction and a loyal, motivated team.
Launched in 2005 from a three desk serviced office in Regent Quay, the company now operate from their four-storey building on Rubislaw Terrace, boasting 10 employees, 4 directors and over 120 clients.
Managing Director, Dave Senior explained, “Having celebrated out 10th anniversary at the beginning of the year, it’s fantastic to take home this award for all the team. In an industry that is fast moving and changing, we are delighted to have a team of experts that can move with the industry and whom we can support with continued growth and development of their skills, knowledge and offering.”
